Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposits
A £40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
With at least 72 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment booked within 1 month of the original appointment date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment cancelled or shortened. In these cases, the deposit may be forfeited.
No Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Outstanding balances must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
